| In order to assure the product quality, HUIDA Mould prepare large numbers of advanced detecting equipments and excellent testing&measuring engineer on every part for making the mould. We need test the moulds for many times before shipping, and detect all technical parameter and precision such as the injection pressure, the cycle time, cooling time, automatic demould etc. We record the detecting result on the quality file of every mould. We always require the mould up to grade 100 percent. |
